Zorg zoekt een verpleegkundige voor de polikliniek Geriatrie in Rotterdam, die cognitieve testen afneemt en lichamelijk onderzoek doet. Deze functie is ter vervanging van zwangerschapsverlof voor een periode van 8 tot 12 maanden, met werkdagen op dinsdag en vrijdag.
Als BIG geregistreerde verpleegkundige maak je het verschil voor kwetsbare ouderen binnen een multidisciplinair team dat zich richt op een betere kwaliteit van leven.
