Stichting Antes zoekt een hbo-verpleegkundige voor het GGZ team Kralingen Crooswijk in Rotterdam. Je zult zelfstandig ambulante behandelcontacten aangaan met patiënten en bijdragen aan de herstelgerichte zorg.
Het team bestaat uit diverse professionals die samenwerken voor optimale zorg. We bieden een jaarcontract voor 24-36 uur met een competitief salaris tussen €3560,- en €4716,- per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring en kwalificaties.
