Antes is voor het ggz team Rotterdam-Oost - Capelle-Oost op zoek naar een hHbo verpleegkundige. U werkt aan intakegesprekken, opstellen van behandelplannen en uitvoering van herstelgerichte zorg bij cliënten thuis of op de poli. U werkt in een multidisciplinair team aan behandeling en revalidatie in de regio.
De functie vereist een HBO-opleiding met BIG-registratie en ervaring met EPA. Een zelfstandige en sterke persoonlijkheid is gewenst, met brede kennis van de sociale kaart.
