Vivre Kinderthuiszorg zoekt een gedreven kinderverpleegkundige voor regio Rotterdam/Dordrecht. Je biedt hoogwaardige zorg aan kinderen en gezinnen, werkt zelfstandig in diverse situaties en ondersteunt het team bij zorgplannen en overdrachten.
Je hebt een mbo- of hbo-diploma verpleegkunde, aangevuld met de vervolgopleiding kinderverpleegkunde en een geldige BIG-registratie. De functie vereist flexibiliteit en ervaring met zowel kortdurende als langere zorgtrajecten, ook buiten de regio.
