Architectural Market Intelligence & BD Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the department by maintaining a continuous overview of potential projects.
• Organize and distribute requests.
• Assist in the preparation of proposal submissions, presentations and portfolios within the team.
• Assist in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
• Research and analyze market trends in architecture and construction.
• Conduct competitor analysis and industry benchmarking.
• Help identify new market opportunities.
• Support the development of AI-models for market research applications.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights to internal teams regularly.

• Currently studying in, or recently graduated from, Architecture school.
• High proficiency in English, and ideally a second language.
• Knowledge of OMA’s work and the architectural field in general.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, machine learning, or data analytics is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
• Hands-on approach, self-disciplined, pro-active and confident in a fast-paced international working environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe CS (InDesign in particular) and Office 365 is preferred.
