Jouw impactJij verbindt wetenschap, laboratoriumpraktijk en commerciële strategie. Je begrijpt hoe weefselkweeklaboratoria werken: van mediabereiding en contaminatiecontrole tot micropropagatie en productprestaties. Die kennis gebruik je om producten te ontwikkelen en te positioneren die aansluiten op de dagelijkse praktijk van klanten.
Het zwaartepunt van de functie ligt bij productstrategie en commerciële ontwikkeling: circa 60% commercieel en 40% vakinhoudelijk. Je combineert marktinzicht met voldoende technische diepgang om een inhoudelijke gesprekspartner te zijn voor laboratoria, R&D en collega’s.
Wat ga je doen?- Ontwikkelen en beheren van productstrategieën voor plant biotechnology en plant tissue culture.
- Signaleren van marktkansen en adviseren over nieuwe producten, productverbeteringen en uitbreiding van het portfolio.
- Vertalen van klantbehoeften, gebruikersfeedback en laboratoriumervaringen naar concrete productoplossingen.
- Samenwerken met R&D, Operations, Quality en Supply Chain om productontwikkeling en marktintroducties op elkaar af te stemmen.
- Bijdragen aan prijsstelling, marktpositionering en marketingstrategie.
- Ondersteunen van productintroducties en trainingen en samenstellen van technische documentatie.
