For our Rotterdam store, we are looking for a commercially strong and people-focused  Store Manager who is ready to take full ownership of a dynamic retail environment.

Your Role:
Business Leader on the Shop Floor
As Store Manager, you are fully responsible for the commercial and operational performance of the store. You combine strategic thinking with hands‑on leadership and understand how to translate targets into daily action.

You will:

Lead, coach, and develop your retail team to consistently perform at their best

Drive sales growth, KPIs, and profitability

Take ownership of scheduling, stock flow, cost control, and store operations

Analyse daily and weekly sales figures (Excel-based reporting) and act decisively

Maintain high VM and store standards in line with our brand identity

Ensure an exceptional and energetic customer experience

Build a strong team culture based on accountability, collaboration, and energy

Who This Role Is Perfect For
We are specifically looking for:

Department Managers or Assistant Store Managers from larger fashion or lifestyle retailers

Store Managers who want more autonomy and entrepreneurial ownership

Leaders who enjoy being visible on the floor and leading by example

You bring:

Minimum 2 years of management experience in retail

Strong commercial insight and KPI‑driven decision‑making

Experience managing teams of 5–15+ employees

Confidence working with Excel and structured reporting

Fluency in Dutch and/or English. Other languages are a plus!

A proactive, resilient, and solution‑oriented mindset

You are structured, performance‑driven, and people‑focused — but you also understand that retail should be dynamic and fun.
