Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

THE POSITION
As a Store Manager you get the opportunity to start your leadership journey in Samsøe Samsøe by overseeing the daily management of our store. You will, furthermore, become part of a vibrant community consisting of an amazing team that you will be in charge of developing and recruiting. Additionally, you will get the responsibility for all administrative aspects of running a store in order to reach the store s sales goals.

You will also get the opportunity to interact with the local community and connect with regulars in the store in the effort to develop and maintain the strong position of Samsøe Samsøe.

TASKS

Lead, train, develop, and motivate a team of fashion lovers toward providing excellent service and maximizing sales

Shift scheduling for all employees in the store

Work with Key Performance Indicators (KPI s) to maximize sales in accordance with the budgets for the store

Oversee the visual identity of the store

Stay updated on Samsøe Samsøe activities, styles, and product materials

Build relations and interactions with the customers

YOUR PROFILE

You are open-minded and interested in interacting with our visitors and customers

Preferably, you have experience in fashion retail from a similar position

You are engaged in taking charge of the daily management of a store

You are interested in leading a dynamic team

You are motivated by the responsibility given to you
