Shift Supervisor Rotterdam (32 or 40 hours per week)

As a Shift Supervisor, you will manage store operations, develop your team, and ensure a high level of customer service. You will be responsible for pre‑opening, shift activity, and closing the store in a way that meets expectations.

• Open the store, arrange the planning, division of tasks, organize breaks and cleaning plan.
• Pre‑prepare everything that can be made ahead.
• Check quality of fresh products, identify improvement opportunities.
• Deliver training, coaching and teaching for partners.
• Close the store, pick up the planning, make adjustments.
• At the end of the shift, ensure store is clean, inventory is counted, reports are completed, alarms are set.

• One year of experience in retail or hospitality.
• Target‑ and customer‑oriented mentality.
• Ability to manage and motivate partners.
• Good decision‑making under pressure, calm, and safe environment creation.
• Can demonstrate appreciation (e.g., writing thank‑you card in English or Dutch).

• Flexible hours (32 or 40 hours, Monday to Sunday).
• All‑in salary of €16.85 per hour, equaling to €2,920.32 per month on a full‑time contract.
• Bonus potential up to 10% of monthly salary based on quarterly results.
• Annual bonus based on years of employment at Starbucks Netherlands.

• Premium allowance of 5% on top of salary when working at high‑volume stores.
