Voor een groeiend luxe cosmeticamerk in Rotterdam (winkel, beauty salons & brow bar) zoeken we een exploitant die de dagelijkse leiding overneemt en de eigenaren kan vervangen . En bij wederzijdse klik kan doorgroeien als mede eigenaar. "Jij runt de zaak alsof het je eigen zaak is"- wordt waarheid.
We hoeven eigenlijk niet te vertellen wat je taken zijn, maar toch;
Sturen op omzet — elke dag moeten de cijfers kloppen
Team aansturen, motiveren en laten groeien incl HR
Dagelijkse leiding van A-Z
Volle Agenda's inplannen, 7 dagen per week
Het multiculturerele klantenbestand op topniveau bedienen
