Action zoekt een bedrijfsleider voor een van haar winkels in Rotterdam. Je geeft leiding aan een winkelteam, bewaakt omzet en uitstraling, en verzorgt voorraad en kassa's.
Je werkt met avonden en weekends en hebt minimaal mbo4 of hbo-denkniveau. Je hebt 5 jaar retailervaring en minstens 2 jaar in een leidinggevende rol, plus ervaring met beoordelings- en ziekteverzuimgesprekken. Training via Action Academy en 15% medewerkerskorting horen erbij.
