Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Targets :
Develop and execute sales strategies and promotional plans for the Netherlands market to achieve regional sales targets
Channel Relationship Management :
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key Buying Groups & DIY partners
Customer Insight & Ecosystem Focus :
Deeply understand key customer needs and requirements, with a focus on driving ecosystem product sales (audio, smart home, charging accessories)
Account Growth :
Continuously propose solutions that expand cooperation depth and breadth with existing customers
GTM Strategy Support :
Assist in formulating overall go-to-market strategies, including pricing, product positioning, promotions, and channel strategy
Sales Data Analysis :
Track and analyze wholesale/retail sell-in and sell-out data, and prepare regular progress reports and sales forecasts for internal and external stakeholders
Market Research & Product Feedback :
Conduct market research, collect demand insights and industry trends, and work closely with the product and HQ teams to drive product optimization
Industry Events :
Represent Anker at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events across the Netherlands to promote products and generate leads
Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3–6 years of sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics retail channels
Prior experience with Dutch Buying Groups & DIY channels is a strong plus
Experience in Audio & Hi-Fi or smart home/security domains is preferred
Extensive connections in the consumer electronics and smartphone industry is a plus
Fluent in English (written and spoken);
Dutch language skills are a strong plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage retailers and distributors effectively
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage projects independently and collaborate across teams
Results-driven, proactive, and a strong team player
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel within the Netherlands for client meetings and events; a valid driver's license is preferred
