Een zorgorganisatie in Rotterdam zoekt een enthousiaste gezondheidscoach voor de preventie van middelengebruik, gamen en gokken onder jongeren. Je biedt begeleiding, advies en coördineert trainingen voor docenten. Een afgeronde HBO-opleiding in Social Work of soortgelijk is vereist, evenals kennis van verslavingszorg. Je hebt een rijbewijs B, en er is een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband voor 32 uur per week.

Salaris en arbeidsvoorwaarden conform cao GGZ zijn aantrekkelijk.
