Je biedt zorg en begeleiding in complexe situaties en werkt samen binnen een multidisciplinair team van hulpverleners. Met een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in de sociale sector en ervaring in de jeugdzorg ben je goed voorbereid om een positieve impact te maken in het leven van gezinnen.
