EEV zoekt een ambulant begeleider in Rotterdam om jongvolwassenen te ondersteunen bij het groeien naar zelfstandigheid. Je begeleidt jongeren tussen 17,5 en 23 jaar in hun woonruimte en helpt hen met persoonlijke doelen.
Als lid van een professioneel team werk je samen met gedragswetenschappers en collega's. EEV biedt een jaarcontract, flexibele werktijden en ruimte voor ontwikkeling binnen de jeugdzorg.
