EEV in Rotterdam zoekt een ambulant systemisch begeleider die gezinnen, jongeren en ouders ondersteunt in hun ontwikkeling. Je helpt hen grip te krijgen op hun leven en begeleidt hen bij positieve veranderingen.
De ideale kandidaat heeft een HBO-opleiding, een geldige SKJ-registratie en ervaring in hulpverlening. Wij bieden een jaarcontract van 28 tot 36 uur per week met flexibele verlofmogelijkheden.
