Zorg zoekt een begeleider voor jongeren met een licht verstandelijke beperking in Rotterdam. Je biedt structuur en veiligheid tijdens crisisperiodes, terwijl je samenwerkt met andere professionals om maatwerk te leveren aan jongeren van 12 tot 18 jaar.
Je krijgt een jaarcontract voor 24-32 uur per week met een salaris tussen €2.893 en €3.902 bij een 36-urige werkweek, inclusief onregelmatigheidstoeslag en flexibele secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden. Een diploma in de agogische sector en ervaring met jongeren zijn vereist.
