EEV zoekt een zorgprofessional in Rotterdam die jongeren van 12 tot 18 jaar begeleidt die tijdelijk niet thuis kunnen wonen. Je biedt structuur, veiligheid, en ondersteuning bij persoonlijke doelen, terwijl je werkt aan een huiselijke omgeving waar jongeren zich gezien voelen.
Je komt terecht in een nieuw team dat samenwerkt met gedragswetenschappers en zorgcoördinatoren om jongeren adequaat te begeleiden. Er is ruimte voor reflectie en initiatief.
