EEV in Rotterdam zoekt een ambulant begeleider die jongvolwassenen tussen de 17,5 en 23 jaar ondersteunt in hun eigen woonruimte. In deze rol motiveer en begeleid je jongeren om zelfstandigheid te bereiken, terwijl je samenwerkt met collega's en gedragswetenschappers.
