Zorg in Maassluis zoekt een Senior Woonbegeleider die ervaren is in het ambulant begeleiden van cliënten met complexe problematiek. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van collega's en cliënten, evenals het coachen en inspireren van je team.
Je gaat op huisbezoeken, deelt je eigen dag flexibel in en werkt in een betrokken team. We bieden een dynamische werkomgeving met groeimogelijkheden en een brutosalaris tussen €3.088,- en €4.149,- o.b.v. 36 uur per week.
