Zorg in Rotterdam zoekt een assistent woonbegeleider voor ondersteuning aan 55+ cliënten in hun dagelijkse leven. Je helpt bij persoonlijke hygiëne, huishouden en stimuleert zelfredzaamheid. Je werkt samen met een betrokken team en biedt structuur, duidelijkheid en ondersteuning.
Je werkt volgens een onregelmatig rooster en ontvangt een brutosalaris tussen €2.504,- en €3.326,- o.b.v. 36 uur. Daarnaast zijn er volop doorgroeimogelijkheden.
