Een organisatie voor maatschappelijke zorg in Rotterdam zoekt een Jeugd- en gezinscoach. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verbeteren van het welzijn van gezinnen in complexe situaties. Je organiseert zorg en ondersteuning, betrekt het netwerk van de cliënt en grijpt in bij crisissituaties. Met een hbo-opleiding en SKJ-registratie ben je de centrale contactpersoon binnen het multidisciplinair wijkteam. Dit biedt kansen voor persoonlijke en professionele groei in een dynamische omgeving.
