Een zorginstelling in Rotterdam zoekt enthousiaste medewerkers voor een 24-uurs voorziening met 35 bewoners die psychische problematiek hebben. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het schrijven van herstelplannen en bieden van structuur. Een mbo 4 diploma en een positieve VOG zijn vereist. De functie is voor 28-36 uur per week met een jaarcontract en een salaris tussen €2804 en €3803 op basis van 36 uur.
