Zorg zoekt een Senior Woonbegeleider in Rotterdam. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het begeleiden van oudere cliënten met een (licht) verstandelijke of psychiatrische beperking, terwijl je ook collega's coacht in hun professionele ontwikkeling.
Je komt te werken in een zelf organiserend team en krijgt een jaarcontract voor 32-36 uur met goed brutosalaris, doorgroeimogelijkheden en diverse secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, zoals bedrijfsfitness en team-uitjes.
