Zorg zoekt voor Woont BAR Oost een Senior Woonbegeleider in Rotterdam. Jij maakt het verschil in de begeleiding van cliënten met een (licht) verstandelijke beperking en/of psychiatrische problematiek. Je coacht collega's, werkt samen met behandelaren en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de begeleiding.
Met een HBO-diploma en relevante ervaring krijg je een jaarcontract van 32-36 uur, met een bruto salaris tussen €3.180 en €4.273 per maand, plus een eindejaarsuitkering en vakantiegeld.
