Als sociale- en communicatieve persoon ben je flexibele en proactieve inzetbaar. Je werkt onregelmatig en hebt de mogelijkheid om actief bij te dragen aan het leefproces van jongeren, waarbij je hen helpt met hun dagelijkse uitdagingen.
Je ontvangt een marktconform salaris volgens de cao Sociaal Werk, plus aantrekkelijke secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals een reiskostenvergoeding en een individueel keuzebudget.
