Zorg zoekt een Assistent Woonbegeleider in Rotterdam-Charlois. In deze rol ondersteun je volwassenen met een verstandelijke en/of psychiatrische beperking bij hun zelfstandigheid.
Je biedt begeleiding bij dagelijkse activiteiten, zoals koken en gesprekken met instanties. De functie vereist een agogisch mbo-3 diploma en ervaring met deze doelgroep. We bieden een jaarcontract met mogelijkheid op vast en een brutosalaris tussen €2504 en €3326.
