Een zorgorganisatie in Rotterdam zoekt een Woonbegeleider voor het ondersteunen van 55+ cliënten met verstandelijke en/of psychiatrische beperkingen. Je helpt bij dagelijkse taken, stimuleert zelfstandigheid en werkt in een dynamisch team. Een agogisch mbo-4 of hbo-diploma is vereist, evenals ervaring in de zorg. Dit rol biedt een jaarcontract met een brutosalaris van €2804,- tot €3803,- op basis van 36 uur.
Flexibele werkuren inbegrepen.
