Je voert intakes uit en werkt aan de doelen uit het begeleidingsplan. In de eerste periode richt je je op het opbouwen van contacten en het bevorderen van ambulante begeleiding. Er is ruimte voor jouw ideeën en praktijkervaring om bij te dragen aan de groei van het team.
