Zorg zoekt een flexibele begeleider om het team te versterken. Je valt in bij afwezigheid van vaste medewerkers, zoals bij ziekte of verlof, en werkt aan twee locaties met kleinschalige behandelgroepen voor jongeren met een licht verstandelijke beperking.
De functie is op oproepbasis met een contract van 2 uur per week, maar werk is afhankelijk van de vraag. Locaties zijn Fioringras en de Nieuw Ommoordse Weg in Rotterdam Ommoord, waar jongeren van 12-18 jaar wonen.
