Pameijer zoekt een Begeleider Jongvolwassenen zonder thuis in Ommoord. Je biedt een veilige plek, begeleidt jongeren met dagelijkse zaken en complexe problemen, en werkt flexibel in nachtdiensten en weekenden. Indirecte crisisdienstondersteuning en samenwerking met COJ vormen de kern van de rol.
De positie kent een jaarcontract, met uitzicht op vast bij goed functioneren, en een bruto salaris volgens FWG 40. Er zijn extra verlof- en decemberuitkeringen, plus secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden op maat.
