ASVZ zoekt een ondersteunend begeleider voor een LVB-woning in Rotterdam. Je werkt 28–32 uur per week met een divers team, verzorgt ADL-ondersteuning en begeleidt bewoners bij dagelijkse activiteiten.
Je biedt structuur, bent flexibel in werktijden en zet jezelf in om bewoners te helpen zelfstandig te leven. Het salaris bedraagt FWG 35 (€2.546–€3.564 bruto per maand bij 36 uur) volgens de CAO gehandicaptenzorg, met vakantiegeld en eindejaarsuitkering.
