Woonbegeleider bij Leger des Heils in Rotterdam-Zuid ondersteunt gezinnen met multi-problematiek op weg naar een stabiele woonsituatie. Je bouwt vertrouwen op, biedt praktische hulp in dagelijks leven en werkt nauw samen met de persoonlijk begeleider om zorgplannen uit te voeren.
Je rost je in groepstrainingen en draagt bij aan een veilige, rustgevende woonomgeving. Een positieve VOG is vereist; there zijn mogelijkheden tot ontwikkeling en interne scholing via de Leger des Heils Academie.
