Het Leger des Heils zoekt woonbegeleiders voor de Flexpool ad hoc, met inzet op verschillende locaties zoals Rotterdam, Gouda, Dordrecht, Breda en Zeeland. U biedt praktische ondersteuning en zorgt voor veiligheid en stabiliteit voor deelnemers.
Gevraagd wordt minimaal een niveau 4 MBO-diploma (SPW/Social Work/MMZ) of HBO Social Work met propedeuse. Belangrijke eisen zijn affiniteit met diverse doelgroepen en uitstekende Nederlandse taalbeheersing.
