ASVZ zoekt een Persoonlijk Begeleider bij Wooninitiatief Buitengewoon in Oud-Beijerland. Je begeleidt bewoners met een verstandelijke beperking en neemt actief deel aan ochtendrituelen en huishoudelijke taken in een woning met 13 bewoners.
Je voldoet aan SPH/MMZ4/SPW4/MBO4 doelgroepen, biedt structuur en draagt de visie van ASVZ uit. Het betreft een parttime functie van 16–24 uur, met een bruto salaris van €2.893,00 tot €3.902,00 per maand, volgens FWG 40, cao gehandicaptenzorg.
