Domus Rotterdam biedt een beschermde woonvoorziening voor 34 volwassenen met een dubbele diagnose. Als woonbegeleider ondersteun je de deelnemers bij zelfredzaamheid en een stabiele leefomgeving, met 24-uurs begeleiding en eigen kamer.
Je werkt samen met collega’s en een persoonlijk begeleider aan doelgerichte zorgplannen, biedt groepsactiviteiten aan en stimuleert deelname aan dagelijks leven en welzijn.
