Zorg zoekt een tijdelijke begeleider voor een woongroep op Prinsessenpark in Rotterdam. Je ondersteunt bewoners met een beperking in dagelijkse activiteiten en biedt begeleiding bij ochtend en avondrituelen. Je werkt samen met collega’s en rapporteert aan de teamleider.
Je draagt bij aan een veilige, menswaardige zorg en aan een zo zelfstandig mogelijke leefstijl voor bewoners, met ruimte voor ontwikkeling en training op de werkvloer.
