ASVZ zoekt een jeugd- en gezinsprofessional om gezinnen thuis te ondersteunen bij opvoeding en hulpvragen. Je werkt met gezinnen waarbij één of meerdere gezinsleden een verstandelijke beperking en/of psychische problematiek heeft, met als basis Houvast en Triple-C.
Je bouwt sterke relaties op, beheert een eigen caseload en stelt behandelplannen op maat voor elk gezin. Flexibele werktijden overdag, ’s avonds en in het weekend horen erbij.
