Pameijer zoekt een Senior Woonbegeleider voor een warme en diverse organisatie. Je coacht collega’s, begeleidt jongeren en volwassenen met extra ondersteuning en werkt aan herstel, eigen regie en netwerk rondom de cliënt.
Je werkt methodisch, herstelgericht en draagt bij aan ADL-ondersteuning in complexe situaties. Een HBO-diploma en rijbewijs zijn vereist; er is een 24-32 uur contract met lage onregelmatigheid en aantrekkelijke secundaire afspraken.
