Advizo B.V. zoekt een jeugdconsulent voor de regio West- en Midden-Nederland. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gezinnen en coördineert gezinszorg op afstand en bij gezinnen thuis. Je legt contact met hulpverleners en scholen en rapporteert doelen en ontwikkelingen.
De functie vereist een HBO/WO-opleiding met SKJ-registratie of kans daarop en minimaal een jaar relevante ervaring in jeugdhulpverlening. Thuiswerken is mogelijk en er is een tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op overname.
