Profila Zorggroep zoekt een persoonlijke begeleider voor de flexpool in Rotterdam en directe omgeving. Je werkt vanuit de christelijke identiteit van de organisatie en krijgt de kans om in een flexibele indeling verschillende doelgroepen te helpen.
Je werkt in een team dat ambulante zorg biedt aan mensen met verstandelijke beperkingen en psychosociale problematiek, met opleidingen en trainingen via de Profila Academie. Er is aandacht voor groei, deskundigheid en een evenwichtige werk-privé balans.
