Zorg zoekt voor Ouder Kind, locatie Beugstraat Rotterdam, een parttime Begeleider intensieve begeleiding. Je begeleidt ouders en kinderen met multi-probleemproblematiek en werkt nauw samen met het netwerk en interdisciplinaire teams.
Je observeert, analyseert en versterkt opvoedvaardigheden, stelt gezinsplannen op en werkt multidisciplinair. Er is aandacht voor ontwikkeling, scholing en begeleiding, met onregelmatige 24-uursdiensten.
