TPS BV zoekt een cliëntbegeleider die cliënten met psychiatrische problematiek, verslaving, dakloosheid en multiproblematiek ondersteunt. De opdrachten variëren per opdrachtgever en omvatten intake- en motivatiegesprekken, en het opstellen en bijstellen van begeleidingsplannen.
Je begeleidt cliënten richting meer zelfstandigheid en werkt samen met collega’s en ketenpartners. Je krijgt vooraf duidelijkheid over locatie, doelgroep en werktijden, met vaste begeleiding vanuit TPS Groep.
