ASVZ zoekt een jeugd- en gezinsprofessional die gezinnen thuis ondersteunt bij opvoeding. Je werkt met gezinnen met een verstandelijke beperking en/of psychische problematiek en past de methodiek Houvast en Triple-C toe.
Je bouwt sterke samenwerkingsrelaties op met ouders, kinderen en partners en stemt zorg af op vraag en doelen van het gezin. Flexibel werken en eigen regie staan centraal, met caseload en rapportageverplichtingen.
