De Viersprong biedt een sociotherapeutische positie in Rotterdam binnen het MBT-programma, gericht op jongeren en volwassenen met complexe persoonlijkheidsproblematiek. Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team en draagt bij aan individuele en groepsbehandelingen.
Je krijgt een uitgebreid opleidingstraject, begeleiding en supervisie, met doorgroeimogelijkheden via de Viersprong Academy en GGZ Academy. Er is ruimte voor initiatief en innovatie binnen een TOPGGz-gekeurde omgeving.
