Je sluit aan bij de behoeften van mensen met verslavingsproblematiek, psychische kwetsbaarheden of andere complexe uitdagingen en bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie op.
Je hebt inzicht in levenservaring, bent creatief in het vinden van oplossingen en hebt een sterke focus op verbinding met deelnemers.
