Smits Vastgoedzorg is op zoek naar een betrokken Coördinator Bewonerszaken die communicatie, participatie en begeleiding tijdens renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten organiseert en coördineert. Je geeft leiding aan bewonersconsulenten, bent aanspreekpunt voor interne collega's en opdrachtgevers, en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de bewonersbegeleiding.
De functie draait om het organiseren van bewonerscommunicatie en
-begeleiding, het inwerken van nieuw personeel en het verzorgen van periodieke
