Zeno Zorg zoekt een ambulant begeleider voor jongeren en gezinnen in Rotterdam en omgeving. Je werkt bij gezinnen thuis, op school en buiten, met focus op herstel van structuur en vertrouwen. Je werkt zelfstandig maar bent onderdeel van een betrokken team en draagt bij aan de kwaliteit van zorg.
Het werk kent variabele uren (16-36 uur per week) en biedt een zakelijke auto. Er is ruimte voor professionele ontwikkeling en een tijdelijk contract met doorgroei naar vast bij gebleken fit.
