Zeno Ambulant zoekt een ambulant hulpverlener om gezinnen en jongeren te begeleiden vanuit de Jeugdwet. Je werkt in samenwerking met ambulant begeleiders en regisseert de zorgprocessen in complexe trajecten.
Je werkt zelfstandig met een groot oplossend vermogen, maar loopt niet voorop alleen: je team en een orthopedagoog staan klaar. Een rijbewijs is vereist en een zakelijke auto is beschikbaar.
