Zeno Ambulant zoekt een ambulant begeleider voor jongeren en gezinnen. Je werkt bij gezinnen thuis en op school binnen het gezinssysteem, bouwt vertrouwen op en zet samen stappen richting herstel en perspectief.
Je werkt zelfstandig, bent veel onderweg en schakelt regelmatig met het team. Ervaring met individuele dagprogramma's en SKJ-registratie zijn vereist; rijbewijs is een voordeel.
